The DNR Payment Portal allows for payments for DNR programs. Once program fees have been selected, the user will be redirected to Gov2Go to pay by credit card or ACH (electronic check). A processing fee of $.50 will be added for all electronic payments, and a 2.5% fee will be added for credit card payments.

For all UST Professional Certifications (Groundwater Professional Certifications, Individual UST Professional Certifications and Company UST Professional Certifications) applications must be submitted via the UST Certification Web Application for DNR review and approval before fees can be paid through the DNR Payment Platform. Once DNR staff has approved an application for payment, they will add the fee to the DNR Payment Platform for payment.

All Iowa UST Certifications must be renewed biannually, with Groundwater Professional Certifications renewal applications and fees due by by December 1 of odd numbered years and UST Professional Company and UST Professional Individual Installer, Installation Inspector, Remover, Tester, Liner, CP Tester and Compliance Inspector Certificates renewal applications and fees due by December 1 of even numbered years. The renewal fee for each company and individual is $200 each renewal process. A late fee will be applied to all renewal fees not paid by December 1 of each respective renewal year. Renewed professional certifications will be issued once the renewal application is complete and the related renewal fees are paid, in accordance with Iowa Administrative Code 567-Chapter 134.
