The DNR Payment Portal allows for payments for DNR programs. Once program fees have been selected, the user will be redirected to Gov2Go to pay by credit card or ACH (electronic check). A processing fee of $1.50 will be added for all electronic payments, and a 2.5% fee will be added for credit card payments.

For individual NPDES and Operation Wastewater permits, permittees must submit an application fee when applying for a permit, the appropriate annual fee each year, and an amendment fee when a request for a permit amendment is granted.

• Annual fees are due by August 30 of each year. The Department mails annual invoices each July that specify the annual fee due from each facility.
• Application fees shall be submitted with the application forms at the time of a new application or renewal application. Only one fee is required per application.
• Amendment fees are due when an amendment request has been approved by NPDES staff. Once staff have reviewed an amendment request and determined that a permit can be amended, the facility will be notified that the amendment fee is due. If an amendment request is denied, the facility will be notified and no amendment fee will be needed.
