Facility Type includes three categories: Consecutive Connection refers to a public water system that receives some or all of its finished water from one or more public water supply. Source of Water refers to the source of water typically from surface water such as rivers, lakes, or reservoirs, or groundwater, which is treated before delivery to consumers. Treatment refers to a water treatment facility which is a building or structure, approved by a public agency, where water is purified or treated for human consumption.
