8/22/2011 South Dallas is completing construction of their new composite-lined Cell #3, and are in need of an inspection. They are currently placing the tire chip drainage layer, which will take several days to complete. Please contact Doug Luzbetak (HLW Engineering) at 515-733-4144 to schedule, as he would like to be there during the inspection to answer any questions and provide any construction documentation you may want to look over.
