5/10/2018 Conduct site survey and review MMP for swine site expansion. Non matrix County. No alluvial concerns. In potential karst and soil study shows >25' to any karst bedrock so karst designation removed. CDS and MMP submitted. The other 2 barns on site are apparently owned by brother. Please check to see if first barn built was too close to a water source. Also check to see if first barn built for other site #63730 is too close to a water source. PAUL PETITTI
