10/3/2025 Good Morning, Mr. Rath, My name is Kasi Province and I’m a Project Professional with SCS Engineers. I’ve been working closely with Steger Construction on the development of Phases 4-6 at the Climax Molybdenum Company’s industrial landfill. The construction has progressed more quickly than anticipated, and the final drainage layer is scheduled for completion today. We are currently finalizing the Construction Observation Report and anticipate submitting it to you sometime next week. With substantial completion now reached, would you be available to schedule a site inspection to review the completed work? Climax is preparing to begin filling the new phases in the coming weeks, pending your review and approval. Please let me know your availability, or if there are any additional steps you’d like us to take prior to the inspection.
