5/6/2016 The MMP was reviewed and approved 4/27/16, but some minor corrections were submitted 5/5/15. The site survey was conducted 5/5/16. Except for the residence located east of the proposed facility, the site appears to meet the separation distance requirements in Table 6. A waiver has been signed for the residence, but it had not yet been recorded. Conditional approval of the site recommended provided that the waiver be properly recorded and a copy submitted prior to issuance of the draft permit. SHEILA KENNY
