Tom and Tonda Hulbert have taken the ADP course. unique marking symbol is HW. they will also be taking in electronics for recycling but since they have stated that NO CRT's will be collected, they do not need a permit nor register with the department. H & W Recycling located at 204 Townsend Park Road in Baxter, has been place on our list of CRT collectors and you many begin collecting immediately. As a reminder, if you do not bring them to a recycler within one year, EPA will consider those CRT’s as hazardous waste. Please let me know if you have any questions. 2/6/2013 The shop is brand new, no floor drains, they have all their containers, spill kit, emergency numbers, etc. They seem to understand the reporting requirements and have spreadsheets to track appliances. They had no CRTs on site and I made sure they understood that they couldn’t collect without registering. I also advised them if people dump CRTs off, to make sure they document what they get, when, and where they take it. MALIA SCHEPERS
