11/7/2014 The last two semi-annual engineering inspections mention the same four issues and it appears that a reasonable period of time has transpired to get these issues resolved. The permit holder says in April 2014 and again in October 2014 that they; 1) cannot find a seeding contractor, 2)cannot find a contractor to fix erosion, 3) need to remove saplings, and 4) need to maintain terraces. Please visit with permit holder and find out when they will address these issues. MIKE SMITH
