10/1/2018	I met Brian Harthun of Foth, Will Kuehner, Jenny Coghlin, Pat Peck, Janelle Spies all of MidAmerican. We toured the new cell, the new leachate lagoon and the old soon to be closed CCR cell. As far as I could tell, the new CCR cell and the new leachate lagoon appear to be completely constructed. Mr. Harthun handed me a 2" thick Quality Assurance Report, however, I didn't have time during the visit to review it (which Nina Koger will review in detail). At this time, Field Office 6 is okay with issuing the permit to operate the new cell.	KURT LEVETZOW
