The cell consists of 2 feet of compacted clay overlain by 60 mil flexible membrane liner, a geocomposite drainage layer overlain by 18 inches of automobile shredder residue from Alter. They plan to be placing the shredder fluff next week. Document ID 73561 includes the plan sheets.
