5/11/2023 On May 11, I received an email from Terry Jones regarding an exposed leachate force main at the site that posed a potential hazard that was reported to him by the City of Keokuk. I ask that the FO inspect the entire force main's path to see if there are other issues with the apparently problematic installation. MICK LEAT

6/20/2023 6/9/23 I met with City of Keokuk Tom Wills who showed me the location of the exposed pipe - see attached pics. I also spoke with Jessica Coca of Klingner Assoc. who is coordinating the repair. As I was not certain who actually owns all of the land through where the remainder of the pipe lays or the exact route to check I di not investigate further. I may see if Jessica can help me with the exact path of the pipe so that we can check for further exposures. BERT NOLL
