4/28/2020	Conduct site survey and review MMP for existing dairy facility increasing animal numbers only, with no new construction, and building one new earthen manure storage basin. Matrix site. No karst or alluvial concerns. PE plans and MMP submitted. All older permits have been closed out however there was an issue with a temporary hose on the ground from a reception pit to the basin.
