4/21/2016	Conduct site survey and review NMP for combined facility adding two new deep pit cattle barns just below CP threshold and expanding open lot with new NPDES and constructing a new SOFEB. No matrix. No karst concerns. In alluvial shading however soil borings show no alluvial soils. NMP with MMP submitted. PE plans submitted for barns and SOFEB. The unpermitted barns will be included in the open lot CP. Did not see a public notice copy for the NMP portion. Please check.	PAUL PETITTI
