8/23/2012	Site survey conducted on 8/21/12. Existing well in NW corner of property is within 100 feet of proposed open front barn. Mr. Smith stated that the portion of the barn that will be within the separation distance will only be used for an feed alley. I stronly urged him to make sure that this is the case to maintain compliance. Mr. Smith has also received a waiver of separation distance from his neighbor to the west. Waiver was recorded in Ida Co. on 7/23/12. Mr. Smith has since bought this residence.	DON CUNNINGHAM
