Describe Request
1/22/2019 As of this morning, I have received the last of the documentation I was waiting for from the Amoco Pronto Site in Denison. Please remove the Red Tags as soon as possible. While you are at the site please pull the inventory records as we were provided some documentation that this site has continued to receive fuel after the red tags were placed. This site will remain on delivery prohibition until you remove the tags, so please notify me as soon as possible once they are removed. The owner has been told on multiple occasions that they are not to receive fuel until the tags are removed and he receives notification from me that he is off of delivery prohibition. JESSICA MONTANA

Comments
1/25/2019 I visited Pronto this morning and removed the 3 red tags. I also confirmed that they have had deliveries recently. I spoke with the clerk Jade Paida who stated that she did not have certification but that her manager Cyndi Hansohn told her she was supposed to take training soon. I also spoke with Cyndi via phone (Paida provided the phone #712-267- 2650) I explained that I was at the station and asked if there was anyone there who was certified she said "no but I am at the bank and am coming back". She also said there are " 5 other employees who need training". I asked about the recent deliveries and she said she thought everything was OK. I asked if inventory was monitored remotely and she said " no Jay or someone up there will usually call to the store in the morning to find out how much fuel we have". I told her that if she had more questions or wanted to explain her position she could contact Brandy Beavers. THAD NANFITO
