2/22/2012 In response to a work request (1504) from Susan Johnson dated 1/20/2012, I conducted a site visit of the ESI Hawarden scrap yard on 2/21/2012. During this visit I met with company owner Marty Rolfes and yard manager Sean Krebs. Mr. Rolfes indicated he does not do any demanufacturing at this yard and also indicated he does not intend to demanufacture here (Hawarden scrap yard) because he does not have personel that have attended the approved ADP class and he does not have the proper equipment (freon extractor, buckets for collectible components, spill kits, etc.). As such, I will not complete a ADP Inspection form. Instead, this note of response will constitute my visit and completion of this work request. There were roughly 75 appliances at this scrap yard during my visit. These units were going to be loaded and removed from this yard during this visit date and taken to their Adel shop for demanufacturing. Note that I advised Mr. Rolfes that if he at some point in the future chose to demanufacture appliances at this facility, that he should contact Susan Johnson to arrange for an ADP Inspection.
