3/23/2016	Please conduct a 2nd. site survey for two proposed new public water supply wells at Daybreak Foods near Eagle Grove. The previous locations have been moved to the East, after DNR review. Attached are the revised site drawings sheets 1 and 2, dated 03-23-2016. Schedules 3b and 4 remain the same. The legal description of the wells is the SE 1/4 of Section 20, T90N, R26W, Wright County.
