10/21/2013	On 10/17/2013 I met with Mike Carr, PE for DGR Engineering, and with Mid American personnel Jenny Coughlin, Terry Klemme, Dave Healy and Tami Chrisman at the Neal North Cell #2 construction site. I was given a tour and the construction process was explained to me. The cell is finished besides a couple of minor touch-ups on the road, seeding mats, etc. They are also waiting on a flow meter for the leachate pump which is fully operational without. From what could be seen, the liner system and leachate control system appeared in sound condition and ready for use.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
