10/24/2017 In response to work request #4111, I visited the NPRL on October 24, 2017 and observed at the construction of Cell D1 has been completed in what apprears to be satisfactory conformity to the related plans and specs submitted by Kruse, Cate & Nelson dated March 6, 2017 and authorization to construct such facilities by amendment #1 issued on April 4, 2017 to operation permit #74-SDP-2-76P issued on November 4, 2015. As such, I would recommend issuance of a permit amendment authorizing the use of Cell D1 for the disposal site of municipal solid waste materials. BRYON WHITING
