2/24/2011	Please conduct a site visit to determine if there are any obvious sanitary defects that could be contributing to the coliform bacteria MCL violations. This is the PWS’s 2nd MCL violation (1 was ACUTE); therefore, continuous disinfection and a well evaluation may be required if the PWS incurs more unsatisfactory bacterial samples. Please also identify any items that may require correction at the PWS, and therefore would impact a compliance schedule if we determine continuous disinfection is required (i.e., buried pressure tanks, wells in a pit, inadequate well casings, well construction not to standards, structure that could be used to house chlorination equipment, etc.). If possible, photos of the wells and pressure tank(s) would be helpful.	MARIE LEAT
