10/15/2025 The Waste Authority of Jackson County is requesting an amendment to their XFR permit (49-SDP-03-92P-XFR, Doc #114421) to operate a temporary emergency solid waste transfer permit ( per 567 IAC 106.3(11)) at a coo-located building on the current property. They had a fire back in April 2025 that destroyed their XFR building and they'd like to service community members at this location until the new XFR is built (approx. June 2026). I'd like the FO to visit the site and proposed co-located building to confirm what's been submitted in their request and whether it can be used temporarily in this capacity. CHAD STOBBE
