9/7/2010 Des Moines County has completed construction of Cell 1B (Amendment #6 - Item 3a), will be completing the construction of the second half of the C&D Cell 1West (Amendment #6 - Item 4a(4)), and are working on the final cover over the unlined area (Amendment #10 - Item 3 - 4.a.1). They need an inspection of the two cells, and I will leave it up to you if you want to inspect both cells at once, or come back later when C&D Cell 1West is completed. Please contact Hal Morton (319-753-8126) or CJ Lage at Barker Lemar (515-256-8814) and let them know when you can make it, as a courtesy. They probably don't need to be there for the inspections, since both new cell construction projects are continuations of last year's work. Thanks. MICK LEAT
