10/5/2009 Des Moines County is completing construction of the Area 1A and Area 4A abutment liners (as approved in Amendment 6, Item #3) and are in need of an inspection. Please note - within the next couple weeks or so, they will also be wrapping up the construction of the C&D waste Cell 1West (Permit Special Provision #3a; north 1/2 only), so feel free to inspect that cell. (I will leave it up to you to determine if you need to inspect Cell 1West again at a later date when construction has been completed.) Please contact CJ Lage at 515-256-8814 to schedule. Thanks.
