6/4/2014 The leachate collection line and the plastic liner were installed. The drainage layer of screened foundry sand was being placed. I saw no problems with the installation. Unsorted waste on Phases 1 and 2 to the south was to be used to establish a base waste layer on the new cell (Phase 3), according to the operator Doug Collier. I told Barker Lemar staff (CJ Lage and Geoff Ninefeldt) that this waste may not be used unless it is properly sorted. See the attached report and photos. BILL GROSS
