9/7/2011 They are finishing up the construction of new cell 1A and are in need of an inspection. This project was approved for construction in Amendment #2. Please contact CJ Lage at Barker Lemar (515-256-8814) to schedule, as they would like to be there during the inspection in order to answer questions. CJ has indicated that he will be there on thursday (Sept. 8th), if you could make it on such short notice. Thanks. MICK LEAT
