11/20/2012 Inspection of newly constructed Cell E/F Stage 2 at the Benton County Landfill. The liner system consists of a groundwater underdrain (sand with one pipe outlet), 2 feet of compacted clay, flexible membrane liner, geotextile fabric overlain by tire derived aggregate. The landfill is anxious to use the cell. I still need to review the construction certification report before they can use the cell, I just received it today.
