7/24/2009	2/3rds of the material stayed on Proctor and Gamble property, the rest was along the Hwy 6 ditch. Drainage from the impacted area was through a grass strip and cat-tails to which eventually leads to P&Gs storm water retention pond. Attempts were immediately made to suck up any residual but the material was spread out over several hundred yards so there was no ponding. This effort met with little success. Reynolds believes the material would be significantly diluted by the time it reached the storm water retention pond and little impact was expected. The storm water pond reportedly discharges only during periods of heavier rain events.	DNRHSIADMIN
