12/10/2018	The sodium hydroxide was captured in the containment around the rail car and eventually flowed to the stormwater containment. No product reach a stream though Steve Phillips did contact the NRC. The product will be pumped out of the stormwater containment and properly treated for disposal.	BILL GROSS
