7/24/2009	The majority of the slurry when down the drains to the pre-treatment plant. Some of the material escaped to the outside and towards the stormwater drains. Mr. Frank stated that the drains are covered. They hosed the area and swept the material back inside to collect it. Mr. Frank said that they collected a water sample from the creek behind the plant and laid down a dam just in case any material made its way to the creek through the storm sewer.	DNRHSIADMIN
