7/24/2009	By the time the company notified the Department the incident had been addressed. Ms. Mc Guire stated that company officials closed the pump and drained the line. Reportedly there was some frozen condensate around the pump which was removed and containerized to be disposed of as a hazardous waste. Ms. Mc Guire was asked to submit a report within 30 days in response to the incident.	DNRHSIADMIN
