7/24/2009	Source of product was shut down. Three containment berms were installed on the tributary. Upstream flows were reduced. Recovery efforts were initiated. After pumping, stream was flushed and rinsate was recovered. All recovered product was directed to the faciltiy's wastewater treatment plant. Berms were removed when pH and TOC levels in the stream were within 10 % of background levels.	DNRHSIADMIN
