4/29/2016	The blowers were shut down as soon as the release was discovered. Valve were used to isolate the broken line and aeration was restored to the remaining portions of the treatment system. Wastewater discharge of treated effluent was diverted from the river to Cargill for additional treatment until the treatment process fully recovered. Vac trucks were used to recover spilled material and return it to the treatment process. Clear water was used to flush the storm sewer with the water recovered for treatment.	TOM ATKINSON
