4/22/2015	Briefly discussed incident with Ruth today. I asked for pictures and indicated I might visit. She said remediation was complete and would submit the final report to me soon. Final report was submitted 4/22 and it indicated that only 25 pounds (of the total amount)of KO61 made it into the environment (through a doorway). Material was removed and disposed of properly. Contaminated soil was also removed. Pictures submitted of KO61 release and after remediation.	BRIAN LEE
4/15/2015	By the time the contact was made aware at 1350 the release had stopped. On site operators, who as a part of their job duties ususally collect and handle the product, are working now to contain the product in barrels which will be delivered to a haz wate landfill.	BERT NOLL
