8/1/2013	I investigated work request #2304 on 7/30/2013. On that date, I observed that the impressed current system was functioning properly with the green light, the hour meter was on and working, the meters for D.C. Amp read 4.0 and D.C., the fine was set at 4 and the course was set at B. I also observed the 30-day log reporting that the system has been active and operating since at least January of 2013. I also obtained a copy of the most recent CP test which was done on 6/22/13 by Brian Schreck of Unified Contracting Services; and that report indicated the tanks and piping were being adequately protected to met the minimum standards of NACE.
