4/12/2011 Hoefer Pumping was applying manure at the time of this inpsection. Complaintant observed hose running through the field and culvert into field west of confinement. Field tests kit confirmed no manure was noted in creek. Spoke with representative of Hoefer pumping and informed him of complaint. No violations were observed. Left message for complaintant.
