12/4/2012	I conducted a routine site visit on 4DEC12. I met with Jimmy Geerts & Aric Finch. They have one full lift down in the current cell and the clay liner is frost protected. I reviewed the storm water runoff sampling results from April. They indicated that they would change their appliance demanufacturer from Vinny to Complete Demanufacturing and asked if that was OK? I stated that Complete Appliance Demanufacturing has a valid appliance demanufacturing permit. Litter control was good. No issues were noted.	DAVID MILLER
