5/23/2017	I conducted a routine site visit on 23MAY17. I met with James Gertz and Lori King. I viewed the working face and observed that most of the intermediate spray cover had been washed off by the overnight rain. We discussed this and they indicated that they just wait to the end of the business day and reapply when they cover the trash from that day. Litter seemed under control so I didn’t take issue with it.	DAVID MILLER
