2/26/2013	I conducted a routine quaterly site visit to this facility on 15FEB13. Manager Bill Rowland was away. I surveyed the operation and noted that litted control was good and litter was being actively picked. There was some minor leachate being generated by the compost operation and the appliances had been mishandled, probably by the parties dropping off.	DAVID MILLER
