3/20/2012	Conducted a quarterly site visit on 15MAR12, with emphasis on evaluating the automobile shredder residue (ASR) as daily cover. The ASR was out of spec (many pieces exceeding 1.5" in size) and it was causing equipment problems. Daily cover was not in compiance with 6" thickness requirement. See inspection report.
