11/6/2025	11/6/2025 email message from Matt Morris: Bill - Apologies for missing the November 1st, 2025, on the revision. We have been in the process of winding down cell construction. I will have a revised Shingle Plan and status update before December 1st, 2025. Shingles are currently being used for some road construction and I want to provide the most up-to-date values when I submit this report.	BILL GROSS
7/1/2025	6/19/2025 email message from Matthew Morris: We have used shingles for repairing areas of our wet weather pad and as subbase under crushed concrete for road maintenance on Phase II. Shingles are to be used as a subbase on certain areas of road construction in Cell F but we are not at that stage of the project yet. After our current lift, we will be in a position to expand our wet weather pad later this fall or early next year. I do not have a specific measurement for the volume of shingles used to date. I am working on getting approval for a new drone survey program called "Propeller" which enables us to track shingle volume at regular intervals if approved for purchase and will include more accurate data with these updated. Let me know if you have any more questions or want more details. I requested an updated removal plan by November 2025.	BILL GROSS
