10/27/2021 10/21/21 - Received inspection response (attached). BILL GROSS
10/15/2021 While investigating a complaint about discharges from MW 151R, I checked on deficiencies noted in my previous landfill inspection. - There was some litter in the fence north of the active area and along the entrance road (and Highway 163). They gave me a litter collection log up to September. It shows that litter had been collected several time weekly. - There was some dirt on the site exit road, but it was not being trailed out to the highway. There was some dust on-site, but it was not crossing the property line. They had a road cleaning log, which shows the road was cleaned about weekly, though there were some gaps. The wheel cleaner was not yet in service. - The shingle pile remained large. Ther were not adding shingles to the pile, and they were able to sell some ground material to construction companies. So far in 2021, 3999 ton had been sold. I told them to continue to make progress, but accelerate the activity. - The middle leachate pond had been partially drained to allow it to be dredged.
