11/6/2018	On October 31, 2018, I revisited the site. There was no runoff from the composting area. I collected surface water samples of the discharge to Camp Creek and upstream and downstream of that location.	BILL GROSS
11/6/2018	I examined the landscape waste and animal bedding composting area. There was some runoff into a ditch leading to sediment basins to the southwest. I collected sampled of the discharge from the final sediment basin. The lab report (attached) showed an elevated concentration of COD.	BILL GROSS
