11/8/2021	Completed a follow up inspection at the Josh Guttau Feedlot to document updates on manure control structures. I did not document a release from the open lot facility on the day of the follow up inspection. Mr. Guttau will be directed to provide a plan for additional controls to maintain the solids and runoff from the lot. In addition, Mr. Guttau will be directed to closely maintain the facility to reduce the possibility of a release during heavy precipitation in the interim.	WENDY WITTROCK
