5/27/2010	vent hole has been cut in the liner to release gas from under the linter at the east corner of the basin. the vent hole is lower than 2 foot freeboard level. it was not possible to pump the basin low enought for the repair last fall due to weather. anticipated that the issue will be address this fall.
