8/19/2024	One tree on the western inner berm of the basin should be removed.Mr. Feller has received quotes for closing the basin and he stated they are not in his budget. He is interested in turning the basin into a fishing pond. He would re-route the storm water from the confinement buildings into the existing manure drainage system into the basin. He provided manure samples from 4/2022 and showed nitrogen levels of 3.4lb/1000gal. Requested a closure plan by October 1, 2024.	BRENT MARTENS
