12/3/2020	Following Nancy B's notice that the liner was repaired, I visited the facility. I noted that the liquid level in the basin is lower than we've ever seen it. Additionally, I noticed many areas of the liner that had been repaired. I also touched bases with Paul Petitti who advised, repairs look adequate even though the liner isn't 'tight'. We should continue to monitor it and especially during the next routine basin inspection, document if ther are any other problems that we observe.	ALISON MANZ
