11/16/2023	Shane Dodge and I visited and met with Jared Walz. We discussed the NMP submittal and did a walk-around of the facility, including the manure storage basin. The W6 pit had been pumped down the previous day and the manure land applied. Walz stated that the manure hauler was preparing to pump down another cattle barn located on Harness Road and asked if clean water from the unused circular concrete structure located at the SB beef facility could be trucked to the Harness RD barn and pumped into the pit to allow for better agitation and we stated that there was no problem with doing so. Finally we discussed with Walz that FO1 had received emails alleging manure from SB cattle had been pumped into the W6 barn. Shane and I saw no evidence of this during our visit.	BRIAN JERGENSON
