4/29/2021	I noted Bloody Run Creek below the site was clear. I noted the synthetic liner appeared to be installed on the large earthen basin. The area was mostly graded and seeded down. One Storm Water basin was partly full at the NW corner of the site.	TOM MCCARTHY
