9/28/2020	I stopped in for a quick look on 09/25/2020. Bloody Run looked good at Spook Cave and at Greenfield Ave below the site. Jared Walz stated the liner was coming in maybe this week after the two foot clay liner was compacted and inspected. Storm water controls, seeding and covering looked good. I noted extensive concrete and piping work on the cattle buildings.	TOM MCCARTHY
